a video i cut together of my september trip to los angeles in video (minus meetings, office, etc.).  my favorite spots on melrose, street art, sportie la parking lot sale, and fuck yeah fest.

september obsession: cole’s french dip sandwiches in downtown los angeles.  not only is it the oldest pub in la, conveniently located blocks from skid row, but the sandwiches and sides are out of this world.  the mac and cheese is a must order.

i had to stop when i walked past these sculptures in the window of a closed gallery in the marais. they looked like extras from corpse bride, but they’re actually art by christophe goussault.

coolest 3d street art ever.  wish i knew who did this. spotted walking around the marais.
also: saw that little running dude stencil on the lower right everywhere.  anyone know what/who that is?

if art had a facebook “like” button, i would have pressed it on this:

the palais de tokyo, a contemporary art museum in paris, had these muppets-meet-tim burton statues by théo mercier on display as part of their dynasty exhibit, in collaboration with their neighboring museum, musée d’art moderne.
